The source code of the 15th tutorial of the C++ OpenGL 3D Game Tutorial Series is now available in early access for the Patrons!

 

 


In this tutorial we will see how to design and implement the Components and Materials!

In particular in this tutorial we will see:

  • how to design and implement the Component class;
  • how to integrate the Components in our Entities;
  • how to translate,rotate and scale our entities making the Transform Component class;
  • how to make the First Person Camera Movements creating the Camera Component class;
  • how to handle the Mesh Resource making the Mesh Component class;
  • and, in the end, we will see how to simplify the usage of shaders and textures by making the Material Resource.
