The source code of the 42nd tutorial of the C++ 3D Game Tutorial Series is now available in early access for the Patrons!

 

 


In this tutorial we will finally introduce the Physics!

In particular in this tutorial we will see:

  • how to create a basic physics engine
  • how to design and implement the player physics controller
  • and, in the end, we will see how to implement collision detection, in such a way to allow the player to walk on the surface of the terrain.
